Aluminium alloy
Aluminium die casting alloys are lightweight, offer good corrosion resistance, good mechanical properties and dimensional stability for complex shapes and thin walls.
Alloys available: A380, A360, ADC1, ADC10, ADC12, 226, 231, 239, LM2, LM6, LM24
Zinc alloys
Zinc base alloys are the easiest to cast.
Ductility is high and impact strength is excellent. Its excellent surface smoothness makes
easily platable.
Zinc is economical for small parts, has a low melting point and prompts long die life.
